Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates. Responsibilities of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care Typically 16 patients per day Requirements of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program NCCPA certified Master Degree Active Physician Assistant License Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Hold DEA license Schedule of Psot Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant Schedule Monday thru Friday Flexible workday No call No weekends Possible Remote Work Compensation and Benefits of the Post Acute Care/ Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant Salary range of 125,000-140,000 401k with match PTO and Holidays off LTD Health, Vision, Dental Insurance Malpractice Coverage Full benefits and competitive compensation.
