Bonuses are distributed in two payments. Team Supervisor Responsibilities Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will be the champion of better burgers by: Overseeing the performance of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) employees Fostering a fun and positive work environment Managing the effectiveness of people-focused processes and systems Providing initial and ongoing training to all staff utilizing SmashConnect, Learning Management System (LMS), and the four-step training method Recognizing and rewarding employee performance that exceeds company standards Ensuring the completion of daily operational checklists including line checks and uniform standards Managing guest experience metrics (Net Promoter Score and Overall Satisfaction Score) Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and local health department regulations Exemplifying exceptional guest service and communicating SIZZLE service standards to team members Managing successful onboarding and training for new employees Following food ordering and inventory control procedures Adhering to cash management policies to minimize losses Overseeing daily labor management Team Supervisor Requirements Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role Completion of the 'Train the Trainer' course within 90 days Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Adherence to Smashburger's uniform standards Compliance with Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations Successful completion of Smashburger training program Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with restaurant management and team members People management skills to select, assess, coach, develop, and motivate restaurant teams Excellent attention to detail Proven time management, consistency, and organizational skills Self-motivated and results-driven attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
