Weekly Payments: Get paid weekly (one week behind). Escrow Account: Maintain a $2,000 escrow account with $100 deducted weekly. Additional Details: Route coverage includes 30% Mid-West and 70% South/Southeast. Adopt a First-In-First-Out policy for routing. Fuel cards available, subject to a $2 fee per swipe. Personal expense wiring and EFS checks have a $2 fee. Kottke manages IFTA fuel tax reporting; fees charged according to state requirements. Base plates provided for a yearly fee of $1,775, deducted at $70. Drug test fund: $1.75 per week or proof of participation in another program; pre-employment testing provided. Samsara unit available for $42/month; installation charged at $0, uninstallation charged at $300. Fleet insurance options for bobtail and comprehensive insurance are available. Requirements: Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record. Minimum age of 21 years old. 12 months of verifiable experience with tractor-trailers and at least 75,000 miles driven. Compliance with all DOT requirements. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently; must pass all written and road tests during the qualification process. Proof of bobtail and comprehensive insurance on your tractor.
