Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessments & Treatments: Assess and treat patients based on individualized care plans to meet their unique needs. Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in a timely manner. Program Development: Plan, market, and develop new programs to enhance patient care and improve overall outcomes. Effective Communication: Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Staff Education: Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff. Clinic Operations: Assist with the general operations of the therapy department, maintaining high standards of care and efficiency.
