Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans based on physician orders. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop effective treatment strategies, evaluate outcomes, and modify care as needed to achieve therapy goals. Implement treatment plans using established procedures, techniques, and modalities. Provide recommendations and refer clients and their families to relevant health, educational, and vocational resources. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, care plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with established standards. Lead educational initiatives for clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to additional relevant tasks and responsibilities as necessary. Required Qualifications: A minimum of one year of practical experience in the field. Current State Licensure in Occupational Therapy. Valid CPR Certification. Preferred: Certification through the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board. Additional qualifications may apply based on specific assignments.
