Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Responsibilities Engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs. Uphold company standards for appearance and attire. Maintain a consistently positive attitude in the workplace. Stay current with product knowledge and promotions. Demonstrate reliability and availability consistently. Exhibit professional time management skills. Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. Assist with booth setup and breakdown. Contribute to internal social media efforts and company culture. Utilize mobile technology for data entry on various forms. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Self-motivated with a competitive spirit. Aggressive and consistent in prospect engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clean driving record and reliable transportation required. Must be able to work on weekends. Ability to work well in both team and independent settings.
