Job Category Project Management Location Los Angeles, CA Salary Range $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Position Overview The Franchise Operations Manager owns quality, taste, and operational standards across current and future franchise locations. This role goes beyond store management and focuses on repeatability, discipline, and brand integrity as the business scales. Responsibilities Oversee and enforce franchise-wide quality and operational standards Conduct hands-on, on-site evaluations of taste, workflow, and execution Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and production processes Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs and franchise manuals Train franchise partners and store leadership teams on standards and expectations Evaluate whether products and operations are franchise-ready and scalable Participate in reverse pitch evaluations of franchise candidates Collaborate with executive leadership on operational strategy and expansion readiness Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across locations Take a hands-on leadership role during critical operational periods Qualifications 7+ years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality operations Strong background in Asian / Japanese food concepts preferred Proven ability to standardize operations across multiple locations Deep understanding of quality control beyond single-store execution Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Financial and operational literacy (labor, food cost, efficiency) Fluent in English Willingness to travel between locations
