Key Responsibilities: Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients to establish costing methodologies and profitability requirements with Finance and Operations leaders. Oversee EPCM delivery workstreams from design through deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards. Integrate EPCM with Oracle Planning, FCC, and ERP systems for comprehensive financial and operational insights. Provide mentorship and support to project team members, fostering skill development and consistent delivery. Assist in pre-sales initiatives, including solution design and proposal development geared towards EPCM projects. Act as a trusted advisor in cost transparency and profitability analysis, guiding clients in performance management best practices. Contribute to the growth of the practice by developing EPCM accelerators and reusable assets. Travel Requirements: Travel may range from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. What You Need: 7+ years' experience in Oracle EPM delivery, with at least 4 years focusing on Oracle EPCM. 4+ years designing and implementing allocation models and profitability frameworks. 4+ years working with complex financial structures across various industries. 4+ years integrating EPCM with Oracle Planning, FCC, and/or ERP systems. 4+ years of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration setting. 3+ years leading client-facing design sessions and managing delivery teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). An Associate's Degree requires a minimum of 6 years work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, FCC, or EDM. Knowledge of multi-dimensional allocation models and EPCM performance tuning. Experience supporting EPCM pre-sales activities, including RFP responses. Mentoring experience for junior staff, contributing to the strength of the EPCM team. Background in industries with complex cost structures like Utilities, Healthcare, or Financial Services. Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Implementation Professional certification is a plus.
