B2B HVAC Sales Representative

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Rep to drive growth in our B2B division. You will target facility managers, property owners, and general contractors to sell Preventative Maintenance Agreements and commercial system replacements/retrofits. This is a Commission only "hunter" role requiring cold calling, networking, and consultative relationship building.Key Responsibilities Prospecting:Cold call and network with local businesses to generate new leads for HVAC maintenance and equipment.Consultative Selling:Survey commercial properties, identify inefficiencies, and present solutions that reduce operating costs and downtime.Estimating:Prepare proposals for Service Agreements, VRF systems, Rooftop Units (RTUs), and Split Systems.Account Management:Maintain relationships with existing commercial clients to secure renewals and upsell equipment.Closing:Negotiate contracts with C-level executives and facility directors. Qualifications Experience:2+ years of B2B sales experience (Industrial, Mechanical, or Construction sales preferred).Technical Aptitude:Ability to learn commercial HVAC equipment (Chillers, Boilers, RTUs) and explain ROI to business owners.Driver:Valid driver’s license and clean record.Skills:Strong prospecting (cold calling) and negotiation skills.
