Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee various construction projects focusing on roads, bridges, utilities, earthworks, and other critical infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for heavy civil projects. Manage crews, equipment, and subcontractors effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients. Monitor project progress and adhere to established schedules. Quickly resolve issues and challenges that may arise to keep projects on track. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Civil Superintendent or in a similar position. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
