What You'll Do As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you will: Lead and perform high-quality residential plumbing installations, including fixtures, water heaters, pipes, drains, and water treatment systems Ensure all installations are completed with precision, code compliance, and customer satisfaction in mind Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations, offering expert recommendations and solutions Deliver exceptional customer service by educating homeowners and providing system upgrade options Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and vehicles Document all work in ServiceTitan, including notes, photos, and installation details Ensure all safety protocols, local codes, and company standards are followed Coach and mentor apprentices or assistants on job sites What It Takes to Succeed We're looking for technicians who bring: 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing installation experience Proven ability to lead jobs independently and communicate clearly with homeowners Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other dispatch/field service management software is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, integrity, and professional excellence Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Why You'll Love Working Here At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you'll work in a supportive environment that values your talent, helps you grow, and rewards your hard work.
