Job SummaryWe are a lifestyle resort seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure laws, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facility’s surroundings beautiful and inviting. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping.Responsibilities:Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areasMaintain garden areas, including pruning, weeding, and mulchingTrim hedges, bushes, and treesMaintain clean pathwaysEnsure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weatherOperate push and riding mowers, as well as other landscaping equipmentSchedule any required specialized servicesTrash is cleared and cleaned upQualifications:Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferredFamiliarity with landscaping equipment and machineryUnderstanding of sprinkler systemsKnowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniquesAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulationsBenefits/PerksFlexible SchedulingCompetitive CompensationCareer Advancement Opportunities
