Role Overview The Pizza Delivery Specialist ensures that every order is accurate, delivered safely, courteously, and on time—all while being a crucial part of our team. Support our restaurant by performing key duties and adhering to our standards as outlined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook, as well as complying with all local laws. Key Responsibilities Prepare the vehicle for delivery, learn the delivery area, and check each order for quality and accuracy. Deliver orders following proper procedures while providing exceptional customer service through positive interactions in person or on the phone. Collaborate with all team members by punctuality, assisting at other workstations, and completing all closing duties, including cleanliness and organization at the end of each shift. Help foster a fun and energized team atmosphere. Process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately, handle cash management duties, and utilize our FOCUS System. Support sales initiatives by suggestively selling during order taking and distributing door hangers as part of each shift. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred.
