This is a true quality-of-life position. Providers focus on patient care in a supportive clinic environment without hospital responsibilities. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and onboarding support. Schedule Monday – Friday Only 1 Saturday/month (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Light phone-only call (1:8 rotation) No hospital call No nights Outpatient only Compensation & Incentives Starting salary $90,000+ (DOE) $10,000 quality bonus Guaranteed $1,500 annual raise $25,000 per year tax-free student loan forgiveness Relocation assistance Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid malpractice (including tail) State license paid by employer CME allowance 2 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays 401(k) with 100% employer match (after 1 year) What You’ll Do Well-child and sick visits Preventive exams and physicals Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions Prescribe medications Monitor developmental milestones Educate parents and caregivers Follow up on labs and referrals You will work alongside experienced providers and a trained clinical support team.
