Location: Shelter Island, NY (The Hamptons) Season: May 1 – October Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 5 days/week Compensation: $76,000 seasonal salary | Paid weekly | Paid sick days Free staff housing and utilities provided for the full season. Full-time seasonal Restaurant Manager role at a French–Italian fine-dining restaurant in the Hamptons. $76K salary, weekly pay, free housing and utilities, and a supportive, professional team. About the Restaurant Léon 1909 is a countryside French & Italian fine-dining restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island in the Hamptons. We are known for thoughtful service, elevated hospitality standards, and a calm, welcoming dining experience rooted in quality and care. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team for the May–October season. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who leads with a guest-first mindset, values teamwork, and brings a calm, positive, and polished presence to the floor. You’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations, maintaining fine-dining service standards, and fostering a respectful, collaborative environment for both guests and staff.
