Benefits include a competitive salary, possible bonus, medical insurance, holidays, vacation and personal days, 401k and profit sharing retirement plans.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure timely payment of invoices from clientsProcess deposits promptly and accuratelyPromptly settle all outstanding debtsCreate and distribute invoices to clients with precisionEnsure timely collection of outstanding receivablesPerform monthly reconciliations of bank accountsPrepare and distribute detailed financial statementsMaintain a meticulously organized accounting filing systemManage and maintain the chart of accounts with meticulous careAssist in facilitating the draw process as neededProvide essential administrative support to management as required Desired Qualifications: The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and appfolio.
