Director Of Human Resources Hotel

We’re looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable director of human resources to play an important role at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree and at least (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a hotel setting. • Proven track record in talent acquisition strategies is highly desirable. · • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards. • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex HR functions.•
