What You'll Do as an Entry-level Packer: You will play a vital role in ensuring that printing ribbons are finished and packaged efficiently. Manually finish printing ribbons at various stations, including slitting & splicing, attaching take-up cores, banding & packaging, and cartoning/boxing. Rotate between stations throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations. Identify areas for improvement in productivity and cost reduction. Foster positive communication and collaboration within your work area. Operate production machinery and perform duties associated with the Machine Operator role (as needed). Skills and Experience Work ExperienceThe Preferred Candidate Might: Have previous packaging or assembly experience Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads of up to 35 lbs.
