Registered Nurse (RN) - EXPERIENCED

URGENTLY HIRING experienced Registered Nurses for skilled home care in Somerset County. Case mix includes Assessments, Infusions, Injections, 1:1 Staffing Assignments, and Wound Care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing home health clinical services, ensuring quality and adequacy of services provided. Interested candidates should have a minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health setting, primary care clinic or healthcare facility.
