Job Description Mechanical Estimator - Special Projects Division This role focuses on HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing projects with values up to $10M, primarily in fast-paced retrofit and remodel environments. What You’ll Be Doing Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Perform detailed material and labor take-offs Prepare accurate, competitive bid proposals for special projects Coordinate and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities Support project teams with clear, well-documented estimates What We’re Looking For 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience Strong working knowledge of HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience estimating retrofit and remodel projects Familiarity with QuoteSoft is a plus, but not required Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with annual bonus potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) Long term growth Interested?
