You will play a crucial role in providing perioperative care to pediatric patients, ensuring a sterile environment and offering support before, during, and after surgery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients and the OR environment for pediatric surgeries. Maintain sterile technique during procedures. Assist the surgical team during operations, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with instruments. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless surgical care. Provide education to patients and families on post-surgical recovery and care. Document patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with facility protocols. Follow infection control standards and safety protocols.
