Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions and custom applications. • Configure and customize FSM components such as Work order management, Dispatcher workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory management, Field agent mobile app, skills, and parts management. • Develop integrations with third-party systems (ERP, GIS, GPS, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. • Automate workflows using Flow Designer and/or Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Maintain and enhance existing FSM configurations and functionalities. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support. • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance. Required Skills & Certifications: • Strong understanding of Field Operations, Dispatching, and Field Technician workflows. • Experience with ServiceNow Agent Mobile App for FSM. • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques. • Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare). • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM
