Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester

Job Description:Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to support secure, mission-critical cloud-based applications within a defense-focused environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of SaaS platforms through comprehensive testing, automation, and defect management practices. What You Will Do Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SaaS platforms Apply testing methodologies to validate system functionality, performance, and security Utilize automation tools and frameworks to support regression and functional testing Track, document, and report defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently Perform testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and maintain system stability Requirements Experience in software quality assurance (Salesforce platform experience preferred) Proficiency with testing tools and automation frameworks Experience using defect tracking systems such as Jira Strong understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architecture, metadata, and deployment processes Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced, collaborative environment Desired Qualifications Experience testing Department of Defense or federal government platforms Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-focused credentials) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Eight or more years of professional experience preferred Working Place:North Charleston, South Carolina, United States Company : 2026 March 12 - Scientific Research Corporation
