Role: Service Desk Analyst Location: Malvern, PA Job Summary: Provide technical support for end-users by resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues. Ensure smooth IT operations through troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely incident resolution. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware components. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory / Office 365. Monitor and respond to tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.). Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and security patches. Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN, connectivity, and collaboration tools. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and follow up for timely closure. Provide onboarding support for new hires (system setup, access provisioning). Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer service.
