Assisi Bridge House Tech

POSITIONSUMMARY: TheTech is responsible for supervising the operations of Assisi Bridge House inthe absence of regular staff. The Techs ensure that the ABH schedule isfollowed, that rules are followed and to respond to any emergencies. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: A. Reporton residents' compliance with the rules and regulations. B. Beavailable to residents in time of need. C. Maintaindaily reports about residents to the staff. D. Participatein tech meetings. E. Transportresidents to scheduled AA and NA meetings and other activities. F. Assistresidents to progress through their recovery program. G. Conductdrug screening and document results H. Observeclients taking medication and document in the medication log I. Assiststaff with other program or administrative duties as requested. OTHEROR SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A THISPOSITION SUPERVISES: N/A QUALIFICATIONSTO PERFORM THE JOB SUCCESSFULLY: Educationand/or Experience: Mustbe at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. If inrecovery, a minimum of one year sobriety is recommended. Exceptions may be madeupon consideration of the director and executive director of Assisi BridgeHouse. OtherSkills Required: N/A. Certificates,Licenses, Registrations: Driver's License. PhysicalDemands/Working Conditions: OtherRequirements: TheAssisi Bridge House and Independent Living Program deal with many confidentialmatters. All employees of ABH and ILP must maintain strict confidentiality atall times. Breachof confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal.
