Position Summary: This position is responsible for reviewing, processing, monitoring, and managing contract rates for the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Contract Administration. This position collaborates with the DDD Central Office Programs, including Business Operations, Quality Assurance, Health Care Services, Provider Network Services, State-Operated Residential programs, the Office of Licensing, Certification and Regulation (OLCR), the state agency's Office of Procurement (OP), contractors, and other key stakeholders. This position ensures the accuracy of information, the completeness of documentation, and verification of required contract and rate compliance with regulatory requirements within established time frames for Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers to facilitate payment of the rates associated with QVA, IPA, and SPC contracts. Duties may include other contract activities, such as processing contract amendments and terminations, securing confidentiality statements, facilitating meetings, and preparing reports and correspondence. Ensuring the accuracy of information and completeness of documentation. Verifying required contract and rate compliance with regulatory requirements within established time frames for Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers. Facilitating the payment of the rates associated with QVA, IPA, and SPC contracts. Processing contract amendments. Processing contract terminations. Securing confidentiality statements. Facilitating meetings, reports, and correspondence. Skills Required: Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Title XIX (AHCCCS) Federal and State laws and statutes concerning contracting, billing, and payments. Possesses the ability to draft, review, and maintain documents, forms, and service specifications pertaining to DDD policies, procedures, and standard work. Capable of working effectively both collaboratively and independently, while communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external DDD stakeholders. Exhibits strong negotiation, problem-solving, listening, logical reasoning, and decision-making skills. Proficient in creating and maintaining complex, automated record-keeping and tracking systems using various computer applications, including proficiency with the full Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, possess a strong memory, and be capable of working effectively and efficiently in a hybrid telework and office environment. Maintenance of complex automated record-keeping and tracking systems. Oral and written communication. Google Workspace experience. Microsoft experience. Education Required: High School Diploma. Experience Required: Experience and full proficiency with Google and Microsoft.
