Key Responsibilities: Build positive relationships and penetrate large accounts by identifying key decision-makers. Employ a creative approach to developing and expanding a customer base. Create a strategic territory plan that includes objectives and resource allocation. Secure formulary acceptance and compliance with managed care accounts. Demonstrate scientific understanding of clinical papers. Utilize consultative skills to assist customers in achieving their business aims. Market and sell our specialized products effectively. Requirements: Some sales experience and/or demonstrated sales abilities. Consultative selling experience is preferred. Proficiency in remote work and the use of ZOOM software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and target health professionals for optimal sales growth. Possess effective selling skills and in-depth product knowledge to influence targeted healthcare professionals to prescribe our products. Analyze territory data to enhance routing and achieve sales results. Leverage sales tools, resources, and analyses to plan and execute sales activities. Prepare pre-call plans that align with healthcare professionals' needs. Utilize data and customer insights to guide discussions addressing HCPs and patients' needs. Commit to continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication, and product knowledge. Adhere to company policies and applicable regulations while conducting business.
