Position Overview: We're looking for a reliable, hands on candidate to help build outdoor living products using concrete blocks and other materials in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role involves physical labor, consistent movement, and working with tools and machinery to create high quality products. What You'll Do Read job specifications to determine required materials Perform visual quality inspections on concrete blocks as they move across the line Use fabrication techniques such as cutting, gluing, grinding, and leveling Utilize a tape measure to make accurate, precise cuts Conduct minor machine maintenance (major repairs handled by on site maintenance techs) Move materials throughout the production area with frequent bending, twisting, and lifting What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, or construction is a plus Comfortable working in a loud, non climate controlled environment Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and handle concrete products or machine parts Able to lift materials from floor level up to 4 feet Strong basic math skills Proficient with a tape measure and able to read weight scales Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Why This Opportunity Stands Out Contract to Union pathway with long term stability Once hired direct, employees receive an additional $12/hr in benefits Company benefits are nearly 100% paid for families Work for a respected, growing manufacturer with real advancement potential Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.
