Phasor's Geomatics Division is actively seeking a Survey Team Lead for exciting long-term opportunities involving significant construction projects. As a condition of employment, successful candidates will undergo a Backcheck screening, including identity verification and a criminal background check. Key Details Truck and equipment provided Travel and accommodations covered by Phasor 20 days on, 10 days off rotation REQUIREMENTS Conduct daily field survey activities, including obtaining measurements and staking for infrastructure projects Maintain effective communication with Field Leads, Project Managers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Client Field Representatives Interpret design drawings, field data, sketches, and base maps Coordinate daily activities of the field crew; supervise, mentor, and train survey assistants Travel as required by project locations Operate and maintain assigned survey equipment, including ATVs, UTVs, and other tools Promote adherence to Phasor's Health, Safety, and Environmental Program EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in engineering, construction, or industrial surveys is essential Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required Technical diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering is preferred BENEFITS Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and RRSP matching Opportunities for growth and advancement Coverage for professional dues Access to new and cutting-edge technologies and equipment Involvement in large-scale engineering and construction projects About Us Phasor Engineering is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse workforce.
