Join Our Team as a Shift Supervisor! About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team at Taco Bell, ensuring exceptional service and excellent food quality that aligns with our high standards. Collaborating closely with management, you will contribute to key business strategies that drive our restaurant's success. Your Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by executing our MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs. Guide Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while upholding a clean and organized environment. Ensure food safety standards, quality, and accuracy in every order served. Quickly resolve any customer complaints, maintaining strong relationships with our guests. Provide the General Manager with valuable feedback on Team Member performance. Continuously offer both constructive and positive feedback to Team Members. Actively participate in training and developing Team Members to enhance their skills. Constructively manage conflicts and collaborate with the General Manager to resolve issues. Assist the General Manager in screening and selecting Team Member candidates. Support profit and loss management by adhering to cash control and security protocols while managing inventory and labor effectively. Ensure proper preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times of all products. Help maintain the facility and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Are You the Ideal Candidate? One year of restaurant/retail experience with a preference for candidates having three months of shift lead experience. Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have reliable transportation. Excellent communication, management, leadership, and organizational abilities are required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 lbs. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Experience with cash registers and making transactions is necessary. Basic math skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
