Java Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise and a minimum of 14+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor capable of working directly with business teams, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading end-to-end application development. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements. Translate business needs into technical deliverables and architectural designs. Design, develop, and deliver complex Java- and Web-based applications. Build and enhance REST and SOAP API services using modern frameworks. Lead full-stack development efforts involving Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. Troubleshoot application issues through log analysis and effective debugging. Develop reusable, maintainable code following the DRY principle and industry design patterns. Work independently within a complex technical ecosystem. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Java Tech Stack (Senior/Lead-level proficiency) Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs Angular 16+, Node.js, JavaScript libraries MongoDB, Oracle DB HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Kafka Git, Bitbucket OpenShift Container Platform, Docker, Jenkins CI/CD Design Patterns, Data Structures Tools: Postman and other API testing utilities Professional Requirements Minimum 14+ years of hands-on Java development experience Minimum 9+ years as a Java Full-Stack Engineer/Lead Ability to operate as an individual contributor with minimal guidance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess, analyze, and collaborate with clients independently Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise-level, multi-tiered environments Commitment to clean coding practices and scalable architecture Experience with both RESTful and SOAP web service development Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
