Reviews construction drawings and specifications to determine pricing for project proposals. Communicates with vendors on job specific pricing requests. Communicates with customers and solicits feedback on current and future project opportunities. Meets or exceed annual estimating volume expectations based on experience. Coordinates with project management staff upon notification of award for project handoff purposes. Position Requirements 2+ Years of commercial door, frame, and hardware experience required. 1+ Years of estimating experience required. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Degree in Construction or Business-related fields preferred, but not required. Protech or similar software experience preferred. Fluent in Microsoft Office products.
