Benefits listed are for full-time employees. Job Responsibilities: Offer unbiased recommendations tailored to clients' needs based on manufacturer guidelines and technicians’ evaluations. Efficiently service customers, prioritizing safety above all. Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors along with windshield cleaning upon customer arrival. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, fluid level refills, and inspection of lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires, adhering to J Team Service Standards (JTSS). Perform various automotive maintenance tasks including engine, transmission, axles, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and more. Carry out multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles meet emission standards and maintain proper documentation. Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety standards, OSHA, and state regulations. Engage in marketing events and promotions. Maintain customer and service records while participating in inventory management. Conduct minor building maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Foster customer loyalty through quality work, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging repeat visits. Requirements: Commitment to safety policies and procedures. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to undergo training with an open mind. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds. Capability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and manage stairs. Comfortable working in both indoor and semi-outdoor settings. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Qualifications: All levels of automotive service and repair experience are welcome. A valid Driver's License is highly preferred. A state Motor Vehicle Inspector License is preferred. Experience in face-to-face customer service or sales is advantageous. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Strong listening and reasoning abilities to understand guest needs. Confidence in handling objections and a positive, energetic demeanor that welcomes guests. A solid teamwork mentality. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
