Assess each patient's medical history, current medications, lifestyle choices, and important social factors. Perform basic evaluations for physical and mental health. Provide preventive care education without the need for ongoing management. Travel locally to visit patients within your county and nearby areas. What We Are Looking For: An active NP or PA license (please note: candidates with Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women's Health specialties are excluded). A commitment to be available for at least eight (8) full 7.5-hour days each month. A willingness to travel within a 60-minute radius from your home. Additional Information: As a 1099 contractor, you may deduct $0.725/mile in 2026 (please consult your tax advisor). Simplified documentation through our proprietary EMR system.
