Maintenance Technician - Reserve at Ridgewood

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; drywall repair; painting; general plumbing; and general electrical. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. 5 years of previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification and CPO Certification required. Appliance and plumbing repair experience a plus! Join a winning team and enjoy a great working environment!
