Lead by example and support the company's safety culture. Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects. Provide a high level of service when interacting with clients. You have a history of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a talent for solving difficult problems and enjoy a practical approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You are an experienced leader who supports the daily needs of a construction team. You know the telecommunications construction industry, such as coaxial splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc. You enjoy problem-solving and like to solve problems as they arise in the field. You accept the challenge of training and guiding your team. You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn customized software.
