Your leadership will be essential as you guide multidisciplinary teams toward achieving technical excellence. Your Role: Lead with Vision: Set the technical direction for complex municipal projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. Design with Purpose: Develop evaluations and detailed designs for water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, including: Pump and hydraulic calculations Process piping layouts Tank and equipment sizing and selection Innovate: Conceptualize improvements and alternative designs that enhance performance and resilience. Collaborate: Partner with BIM specialists to refine layouts and create detailed drawings. Deliver Excellence: Prepare technical specifications and front-end contract documents for publicly bid projects. Analyze & Optimize: Conduct water quality analyses and system modeling to ensure the most effective solutions. Ensure Compliance: Review designs and reports to meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Mentor & Grow: Provide valuable guidance and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Advance Knowledge: Author technical papers, contribute to industry publications, and present at conferences. Engage Clients: Assist with proposals, attend client meetings, and help shape solutions that evolve with client needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Professional Engineering (PE) license. 10 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required. Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
