About This Opportunity Join our innovative Clinical AI team as a Lead Product Manager, where you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare through advanced AI technologies. This role is pivotal in developing and executing healthcare knowledge graph initiatives, acting as a crucial interface between AI development and clinical EHR experiences. You will have a direct impact on enhancing AI integration into clinical workflows, enabling healthcare professionals to access transformative insights that improve patient care and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Development: Craft and refine product strategies and roadmaps that feature user-friendly enhancements, driving the adoption of AI-powered tools for healthcare providers. Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in NLP, knowledge graphs, and generative AI; collaborate with experts to evolve these technologies into impactful clinical applications. Collaboration Across Teams: Act as the connector among engineering, data science, and clinical product teams to ensure rapid integration and delivery of high-value AI features. Identifying New Opportunities: Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint clinical workflows that can benefit most from AI solutions and knowledge structures. Conceptualizing Solutions: Transform user requirements and innovative ideas into detailed product concepts, working out feasibility in collaboration with technical teams. Managing Knowledge Platforms: Oversee the design and scalability of clinical knowledge systems, assuring efficient real-time decision support and data integration. Ensuring Compliance: Develop strong governance frameworks that prioritize data security and compliance, upholding the highest industry standards. Driving Product Adoption: Lead release planning and market strategies for new features, partnering with customer teams to guarantee seamless implementation. Engaging Customers: Build relationships with key users to validate product assumptions, gather feedback, and prioritize based on clinical needs. Measuring Outcomes: Establish and track adoption metrics to assess product impact, leveraging insights for continuous improvement. Your Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles with a focus on AI, data, or healthcare technology. Proven expertise in developing clinical knowledge graphs or advanced healthcare data products. Strong understanding of clinical ontologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC) and interoperability (e.g., FHIR). Hands-on experience with semantic technologies (e.g., RDF, OWL) and search infrastructures. Proficient in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving clinical and engineering teams. Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Experience in launching products within regulated markets and achieving traction. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with clinical AI agents or conversational interfaces in healthcare settings. Familiarity with real-world model validation and safety protocols. Ability to effectively convert user needs into actionable product concepts. Experience with data-driven product development and customer feedback integration.
