We're seeking a dedicated and skilled provider to join a dynamic surgical team at a Level III Trauma facility in Colorado. This is a travel opportunity with weekend-heavy scheduling - perfect for providers who thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. Schedule: Must be available to cover 2 long weekends per month Schedule: Thursday through Monday/Tuesday Weekend availability is required Facility Snapshot: Hospital Beds: 250+ Trauma Level: III Onsite Lab: Yes EMR: Epic Team Structure: 2 APPs, 2 MAs, 3 RVTs, 1 full-time provider, 1 manager Required Skills & Procedures: First Assist in OR General & Endovascular Procedures Bypass: Fem-pop, Aorto-femoral/iliac Carotid, Peripheral, Abdominal & Thoracic procedures Vascular Access Devices Subclavian Steal Procedure Travel & Reimbursement: Flights Lodging Car Rental Mileage Requirements: Board Certified (ABMS/AOA) - Required Colorado License - Required First Assist Surgical Experience - Required Must cover 2 long weekends/month (Thurs-Mon/Tues) COVID-19 Vaccination - Required Must provide number of years Epic has been used + last use date (MM/YYYY) Clean malpractice and background history - Required Join a team that values expertise, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
