Job DescriptionContract and Billing SpecialistLocation: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract and Billing Specialist to manage the setup and invoicing of leasing contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate contract reviews, timely client invoicing, and supporting accounts payable functions. Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Review and set up new leasing contracts in our system. Client Invoicing: Invoice clients daily for leasing agreements. Meter Read Management: Gather meter reads where necessary to ensure accurate billing. Accounts Payable Support: Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payments. Qualifications Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in contract or billing environments. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication & Organization: Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
