Create Memorable Experiences for guests, ensuring they can't wait to return. Balance outstanding employee and guest experiences while achieving financial goals. Welcome and train new team members to perform their roles effectively. Lead engaging team huddles that motivate and inform. Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members. Build the skills of shift supervisors to prepare them for future roles. Recognize and celebrate team successes. Coach brand service behaviors through training, observation, feedback, and celebration. Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations. Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant environment. Consistently deliver product quality and operational standards. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest satisfaction metrics. Review sales and scheduling to uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards. Ensure accuracy of financials, cash handling, and compliance logs. Analyze inventory and oversee product ordering. Implement and supervise cost control measures. Adjust people charts and production planning as needed. Create and manage work schedules, including onboarding for new team members. Execute action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments. HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Exceptional guest service skills a must. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Effective communication skills with guests and team members. Capability to resolve issues to align with Burger King standards. Aptitude for motivating employees, managing conflicts, and making tough decisions. Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
