About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Growth initiatives and enhance value realization across various segments of our product offerings. You will play a crucial role in managing the complete user journey from trial acquisition to paid conversion and customer adoption across our Operations Cloud platform. This position will require you to foster a culture of experimentation throughout the organization while executing strategic initiatives to optimize conversions. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Lead the vision and strategy for AI-driven growth products and services, focusing on trial-to-paid conversion and customer optimization. Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and UX designers dedicated to growth initiatives and train fellow PMs on growth best practices. User Experience & Conversion: Transform trial experiences to create cohesive user journeys and optimize product navigation for improved self-service adoption. Analytics & Performance: Establish analytics capabilities to monitor user behavior and implement A/B testing programs aimed at enhancing key growth metrics. Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on growth products in PLG SaaS organizations. Proven success in optimizing conversion funnels and driving growth metrics in enterprise environments. Experience with A/B testing and growth analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and a knack for transforming insights into improved user experiences. This role offers the chance to significantly influence PagerDuty's growth trajectory by enhancing user experiences, optimizing conversions, and elevating the organization's experiment-driven culture. The base salary range for this position is 180,000 - 304,000 USD, with additional eligibility for bonuses, commissions, equity, and comprehensive benefits. PagerDuty operates a hybrid work model with offices in major cities, including Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto.
