UX Designer Mid-Level

Job Summary The UX Designer (Mid-Level) will contribute to the design and development of intuitive web applications and enterprise tools. This role requires a user-centered, data-informed approach and the ability to deliver effective design solutions with guidance. The designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape end-to-end experiences across model visualization and editor workflows, ensuring consistency with design systems, scalability for enterprise environments, and adherence to accessibility standards. This position also supports UX best practices, prototyping, and design process refinement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design processes, delivering timely, detailed, and polished design solutions. Define use cases and product design requirements; create interaction flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. Produce interactive prototypes that effectively communicate functionality, workflows, and concepts to partners. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement. Incorporate accessibility requirements-including navigation, focus states, contrast, semantic structure, and readability-into all design outputs. Provide design guidance that considers system dependencies and enterprise-wide integration. Seek peer feedback to maintain and uphold design standards. Present design concepts and solutions to cross-functional partners. Collaborate with engineering teams to review feasibility, support implementation, and conduct UX QA to ensure interaction fidelity. Conduct lightweight research activities such as usability reviews, rapid iteration, and documentation of key decisions. Contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of the organization's design system. Foster collaboration within teams to identify and resolve design-related challenges. Lead multiple projects with guided supervision. Advocate for user-centered design practices and represent user needs throughout the process. Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of product design experience, preferably in a fintech environment. Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma, Justinmind, or similar tools. Knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, Agile methodologies in Jira, and product design processes. Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools. Experience collaborating with developers and product partners, with the ability to communicate design trade-offs. Demonstrated ability to design for accessibility. Experience designing enterprise-level applications with complex workflows, information density, and role-based usage patterns. Strong understanding of Angular components and component-based UI design. Experience with rapid prototyping and implementing fundamental design principles. Strong collaboration skills for working across multiple teams and disciplines. Ability to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders and customers. Experience in structuring and implementing scalable design initiatives. Ability to create, evaluate, and refine prototypes for software development. Proficiency in applying software design and usability processes. Ability to articulate user needs and propose solutions. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with generative AI tools and design patterns for AI-driven interactions. Background in financial services or other regulated enterprise environments. Experience supporting AI-focused product teams.
