Mid-Level Construction Manager

As a Mid-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Civil Works and managing financial controls through effective scheduling, service provider adherence to standards, and quality management throughout the lifecycle of a project. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring all Service Providers comply with Company and regulatory standards. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Conducting assessments and controlling charges to the site design. Supervising project compliance with agreed Civil Works guidelines and schedules. Attending coordination and progress meetings to maintain project alignment. Maintaining a safe working environment through regular inspections and supervision. Resolving Civil Works issues as they arise during the project timeline. Coordinating site activities and ensuring all teams work toward project objectives. Driving the schedule and addressing any troubleshooting needs. Verifying that all materials and work conform to technical specifications and quality standards. Enforcing all safety guidelines throughout the Civil Works phase of the project. Conducting pre-inspections and coordinating post-construction audits. Providing regular progress reports to project management and offering technical assistance to service providers. Rejecting substandard material deliveries and reporting any performance issues on site. Interpreting civil design plans accurately and managing interfaces with various disciplines. Fostering a team-oriented environment focused on quality and results. Managing material orders and returns. Updating construction-specific documentation including SOW, RFDS, safety guidance, and QA standards. Reviewing civils acceptance documents and verifying daily progress. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing project builds exceeding 200 sites. Ability to identify and solve complex problems through the adaptation of existing procedures. Proven track record of independent work and active contribution to improvement and change. This role reports to the Construction Manager III (Lead) or IM Lead.
