To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 825649 Job Title: Bi-Lingual Scheduling Coordinator Location: Elgin, IL Pay: $20 - $25 DOE Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm Job Summary: Candidate will be communicating with the install crews, builders and superintendents from beginning to end of installs. They will be printing work orders for the crews. Additionally, they will be adding any miscellaneous needs that the builder has at the end of the project. This role requires a detail-oriented person that is able to multitask and has great communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage, confirm and adjust daily appointments or staff shifts Act as a liaison, translating converstions and documents for crew and client Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflits, emergenciwes or staff shortages Printing work orders for the crew will communicate via emails with install crews, builders and superintendents Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Prior data entry experience preferred Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently and accurately Strong internal communication skills Must be Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Work Environment: Office-based position ???????
