Temporary Customer Service Associate

Description: Join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in creating delightful experiences for our guests. You will provide prompt and courteous service while supporting our store goals and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive and helpful attitude. Process all sales accurately in adherence to operational procedures. Ensure accurate handling of money orders, lottery sales, and address any discrepancies with management. Maintain well-stocked coolers, shelves, and displays, keeping the store neat and organized. Prepare high-margin products such as coffee and fountain drinks while ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest purchases and promote rewards membership. Regularly clean windows, floors, shelving, counters, and restrooms in accordance with daily checklists. Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and tidy. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly. Adhere to all safety and alcohol/tobacco regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet store needs. Maintain inventory levels as per store expectations. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: All levels of experience are welcome to apply. Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in English, strong math skills, high energy, and excellent teamwork abilities. Sufficient visual acuity to check IDs and process transactions effectively. Ability to learn and use electronic cash registers and other equipment. Must be able to climb ladders occasionally for stocking and cleaning purposes.
