Salary: $180k-200k+/yr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric services in an FQHC setting. Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management Diagnose and treat mental health conditions Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams Provide patient education and follow-up care Document encounters in the EHR Qualifications: Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York State Board certification required Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
