Job DescriptionJob Title: Heavy Civil Estimator We are currently seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Estimator to join our team in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for heavy civil construction projects and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost estimates Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids Analyze project requirements and provide value engineering options to optimize project costs Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accurately estimating heavy civil construction projects, we would love to hear from you.
