Senior Software Engineer - Technical Leadership

Key Responsibilities: Lead the team's strategic goals and technical direction to enhance organizational efficiency. Effectively articulate complex systems and features. Stay informed on industry trends to evaluate and develop new technologies. Collaborate with leadership to boost team performance and overall effectiveness. Identify and advocate for new opportunities within the organization. Gather and synthesize requirements to create a strong feature roadmap. Design and develop scalable classifiers and tools using machine learning and data regression. Adapt standard machine learning methods for optimal use in modern parallel environments. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in driving impactful projects across the industry. Strong communication skills to work effectively across functions and drive solutions. Experience in mentoring engineers and influencing teams across organizations. Demonstrated ability to plan multi-year roadmaps linking short-term projects to long-term objectives. Experience leading large, cross-functional engineering efforts. Over 12 years of programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, or Java. More than 8 years of experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, or related areas. Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching products to millions of users or starting a new product line. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $271,000/year to $347,000/year, along with bonus and equity opportunities as well as comprehensive benefits.
