Our responsibilities include managing the financial roadmap, from annual operating plans to in-depth business reviews that inform key decisions. We are currently seeking a Senior Finance and Strategy Analyst to be a crucial member of the FP&A team for our Consumer division. What You'll Do: Oversee Financial Deliverables: Ensure accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and analysis related to your business partners, meeting all deadlines for the annual budget and monthly planning processes. Identify Actionable Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to discover trends and opportunities while understanding the reasons behind the numbers. Act as a Key Financial Partner: Build strong relationships with partners, presenting findings during business reviews, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Ensure Financial Integrity: Own the month-end close process for your areas, conducting detailed variance analysis and collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure our financial data's accuracy. Develop and Manage Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models that analyze financial risks and opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fast-paced tech environments, FinTech, or financial services. Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
